Cheltenham Fire Service Rescue exercise

On Friday 2nd June 2017 the Black Watch of the Cheltenham Fire Service used Cheltenham Minster for an exercise.  They practiced rescuing an incapacitated person (in this case a mannequin) who had fallen onto the floor of the bell chamber.  They had already done a risk assessment but only the Watch Manager knew anything about it so it was a really good chance for the fire fighters to do a Working at Heights exercise. Here are some pictures, the final one with Liz Coke and Charles Beardsell.
